The Alfasud Register

The Secretary of The Register is Colin Metcalfe, who is based in Yorkshire and who is also Secretary of the Yorkshire Section and Committee member of the AROC.  He is on his third 'Sud, currently undergoing restoration, a 1983, black, modified AlfaSud Ti Green Cloverleaf with a 1.7 motor.  This followed a 1982 South African Export 1.5 and a 1981 1,5 Ti Hatch. Colin also has a 1986 Alfetta 2.0 GTV Coupe and another Sud awaiting restoration  He is responsible for the Register and can be contacted on alfamet@sky.com

The website is run by Bryan Alexander, who is also Chairman of the Central/East Midlands Section of the AROC.  He lives in Nottingham and has owned a succession of 'Suds of all sorts over the years including 1.3 Super, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 Series II Ti's and 1.5 Sprint. Currently he has a 1982 AlfaSud Sprint 'Trofeo' (Special Edition No. 094) which he has owned since 1997. It is the only one which he has dared to use the jacking points !!  This shot was one of many taken at Wollaton Park in 2008 by Richard Gunn during the preparation for a 'Sud article which appeared in 'Classics Weekly'.
